I work in IT and have a passion for fashion on a budget. I joined Poshmark back in November of 2015 and have been hooked ever since! All items come from a smoke-free home and are shipped promptly within 1-2 days. 🛻 📦

anyway, we have similar lower body measures and I wonder what exercises you do for the lower half because your butt is in awesome shape! I hope that wasn't rude but I had to ask.

@katieliz12 yes!!! You got it! Lol Do You Even Lift/Thrift 😂 Where did you see my bum? Instagram? 😳 Haha! I train legs/glutes 2-3 times a week. Barbell sumo deadlifts, dumbbell deadlifts, squats, lunges, box jumps, etc. My lower body is where I store most of my body fat, so I have to hit it hard and often. Pants/jeans are a nightmare to buy! Paige, Lucky Brand, and Old Navy "Rockstar" jeans are my go-to's. 🍑

I meant play* on btw lol. I saw it in some of your listing photos lol. I'm assuming the model is you for the Lululemon wide leg pants for example. Do you train to build muscle? Meaning eating a lot of protein ? I too store my fat below the waist and i'm really not trying to lose any, just be as toned as I can. I do a lot of donkey kicks type stuff with ankle weights. and squats with dumbbells but i know that stuff doesn't really build much.

@katieliz12 Yes ma'am, that's me 😋 I make a paint to eat my body weight in grams of protein each day (128 lbs = ~128g protein), 25% of my calories come from fat, and the rest carbs. I'm a "flexible dieter" (if it fits your macros). There's tons of websites and YouTube videos if you want to look into it. I lift heavy in the attempt to keep/build muscle and do moderate cardio a few times a week. I'm on Instagram if you want to be friends :) @lifty_thrifty

I was just diagnosed with breast cancer for the 3rd time. I find out Friday where else it has gone. My oncologist fully expects stage 4 metastatic. Likely to my lungs because of some issues I’m having. You fight hard girl. I’m determined to beat it and now I’ll be praying for you too
