@3bearswear As of today, tracking shows the package has arrived to the Coppell, TX distribution center, so hopefully you'll have it tomorrow. Looks like it took a while to leave the distribution center in NJ--it arrived there in the evening on 4/25, but wasn't scanned again until 5:15am this morning.

@savvyshoppernyc How strange. It actually was in NJ at one point. It kept saying updated everyday, but said nothing new. Now as of today, it only says it was received in NYC at 7 am on 4/25. So I am glad to hear it shows it's in Coppell on your end! That is only a 1 hr from me, so hopefully it makes it today because I won't be home tomorrow.

Hi Lisa!
I need you to please contact Poshmark support. I got home this morning and discovered three pairs missing from the damaged package. It should be filed on USPS insurance. I went to add the photos and it shows that the package has been delivered. I suppose that is because this is the fourth day from when it was received. However, there was an open claim so I'm not sure why this took place.

@3bearswear I’m sorry to hear that that happened. I counted all of the pairs of underwear as I packed the box and there were definitely 25 as shown in the photos. I believe you will need to pursue this claim with the USPS as they caused the damage to the box. You can feel free to contact Posh support as well.

I have no idea how to go about fiming a claim with USPS on Poshmark. From years of experience in online sales like eBay, normally it is the seller's responsibility because they purchase the shipping label. But with Poshmark having the arranged set price label available to us, I have never seen info on how the seller should do a USPS claim. So that's why I opened the claim with PM support.
