jacqulen I have the right to know why you refused to contact me and all attempts by Posh to find out why you dishonored your sale to me. You have logged in a few times since I purchased the jacket, yet you still refuse to acknowledge me. You are an ambassador of this company, yet you have acted appallingly. I even gave you the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe you were dealing with a personal tragedy. You do not deserve the title ambassador, and the company should revoke it.
