judysetting Hi! They offered me a credit on my next purchase... alas I am not really interested in PM buying again if it requires me to purchase another item in order to get 10$ when there is an issue. I will keep the jacket at the price alas it feels a bit icky to me... I truly realize it isn't your fault. Is there any work around such that I could pay the 10$ less for this jacket? It's on me as I misunderstood that when you said 10$ off and have already sent it to dry cleanersGrateful for your help!

mountaincloset @judysetting I’m so sorry! I’ve never had a customer case against a purchase and I didn’t know how it worked. I really feel bad that you have had a bad experience. If you see anything in my closet for 10-I have a few I’ll waive the shipping. I know that defeats the purpose of a refund.
