chaneybell Hello, I just purchased some boots from you and they are 6 sizes to small. I ordered a size 10 and the are a 4, could you have possibly have sent me the wrong ones? I would really appreciate if you could fix this.

ckell663 @chaneybell Those were the only pair that we had in those. They were double checked, like with all the orders we send out too. They were a size 10 when we packaged it. You also accepted the package on here. I"m sorry, but if they really were the wrong size, you shouldn't have accepted them and had brought it up to Poshmark within 3 days of receiving it. We would've had canceled it and given your money back. We can't do anything because you accepted it.

chaneybell @ckell663 there is a huge difference between a size 4 and 10, it would be obvious when packing. I also don’t understand why you wrapped them in newspaper, rubbed off on the pink part of the boots. I now understand why I should have not accepted this order.
