Also, I just want to say…if an offer is made & you don’t like it, please counter with your best! One of my biggest pet peeves is when someone just declines the offer without countering. It is standard practice to bargain on here & it’s standard practice to start low when bargaining. Then you negotiate from there. Simply declining an offer & making a buyer jump through hoops to figure out what you will accept is just rude.
