dmrogers0755 @heatflashin Good morning, my experience with that particular Poshner was not good. She said that the ring I sold her was missing a stone & dirty. NOT. Everything I sell is washed & polished before it ships. She wouldn't send me a photo. She wanted me to replace the $20 ring with a $100 diamond ring for free. I got a 1 star rating for a ring that was in perfect condition. Hope this helps! Good Luck

heatflashin @dmrogers0755 It does. Thank you SO much!!! She wanted a $65 collar to go with a beautiful real stone Pendant on Sterling Silver w/ gorgeous back & sides. When I read some of her “issues” I got nervous. I was ready to add a different chain for free & I took many pictures to let her choose. Now I may just not do nothing. Like you, I have perfect 5-star rating, but it’s always the ones that I have weird feelings about that accept & don’t rate or try to leave a star off the item if doesn’t fit.
