Hi! I'm Desi. I worked in retail for 16+ years. Working in the industry and in the malls all those years helped me accumulate lots of clothes and shoes. I am now a WFH foster mom so I’m clearing out my closet to support my foster kiddos. All the items are cleaned and come from a smoke free home. I take pride in the items I sell & ship. I absolutely love bundle deals (I offer an automatic savings of 20% on any 2 or more items), offers and making customers happy so they will shop my closet again. I try to post new items daily and I try to ship same day! The brands I love are Free People, Zara, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Steve Madden and more! katesnowden So pretty xx :) I wanted to ask, has that ever actually helped in a dispute before (or do you know anyone it’s helped)? Taking a video of items before you ship them? I’d absolutely love to have that option as a seller; given the buyers on here that get the item, it doesn’t fit, so they make up something you know wasn’t wrong with it. I thought Posh didn’t permit it as “evidence” ... (cont, sorry!)

katesnowden Which is odd considering it’s much better proof of the item’s condition first after the seller posts the initial photographs and second after taping (vs simply going off the buyer’s “word” that a stain randomly appeared that they can obv create. But maybe it helps just to write and scares the buyer from lying? Lmk! You can report these comments as spam too if you don’t want everyone to see & I could do the same for you if you can answer on my page!

calif_shopper Hi Des! I was just looking at one of you listings and you said that you videotape as you are packaging to protect the buyer and yourself. I’m fairly new to selling on here and have just started taking photos of the item as I package them up since I had one person claim that there was a mark that I know wasn’t there when it left my hands. Have you had many issues with that? Have the videotapes helped? Thanks for your insight! Lori
