jamivog @soriag thanks so much! I wonder if I could ask a favor? Could you look at my closet and let me know if there’s something I’m doing wrong or if there’s something I can improve on? I just feel like I’m not getting many sales, but maybe I just need to be sharing my closet more often.. either way, I would love some constructive criticism!!

soriag @jamivog took a look at your closet. What draws the buyers to your closet are the cover shots, I think you may want to work on them. For example, have better lighting and a solid background. It doesn’t really matter how much you share your items if they are not grabbing buyers’ attention. I hope that helps 😃

jamivog @soriag I have a question: i ordered a bundle on sept 3, she apologized for it taking so long and promised it would be shipped out Monday the 10th. The status since then has said ‘pending USPS scan’. In my experience it usually goes pretty quick from pending to shipped.. I really don’t want to cancel the order but I’m not sure what else I can do, should I just wait another day? Message her again? This is the first time I’ve had this happen so I’m not sure what i should do..

soriag @jamivog pending scan just means that she printed the label . When the post office gets it, it will change to Shipped.. So basically, she lhas not shipped it yet. You have the option of cancelling after 7 days and no shipping. Other than that, if you don’t want to cancel the transaction, then all you can do is wait. If I where you, I would be contacting her frequently. A week is more than enough to find and item and ship it in MHO
