damore4 Hello I received an update that the case was resolved. They approved request for you to return have you gotten a label to your correct email?

travel4treasure @damore4 hey yes! They didn’t correct the email but they left a download in the case feed so I do have the shipping label and will ship it to you first thing Tuesday with I promise your original bag (same condition) tissue, bag , paperwork and perfume and letters.
