luvs2shop23 This STL Cardinals hat was a Christmas gift for a friend. When she cut the tags off, the hat completely fell apart. It was apparently being held together underneath the Pom Pom by the tag. ☹️

traaysshop @lorihyser Hi Lori. Sorry to hear what happened to the hat. That was a nice hat. Unfortunately it sounds like your friend must have cut the actual Pom Pom by accident when cutting the tag, which is why it damaged the hat. I can assure you that before that hat was shipped out, it was thoroughly looked at and there was no evidence that it was held together by just the tag.
