Hi! I'm Marcia! I’m a retired RN from a busy maternity unit at our large county hospital. Worked 31 years and taking a break at this time. My daughter recently got married, finished med school and works as an OBGYN in Boston. In addition, My sis and mom are also nurses so we are a health care provider family and on board with sustainability and just doing our part to create a better and healthy Earth for the next generation. We have also embraced the minimalist way and second hand lifestyle. Many items on my site are from our personal homes but some are sourced. The vintage home items are from my mom’s home as she down size. We are happy to see our items go to new homes to be worn, used or add interest to your home. bunheadyogi Yes, I’m in love with the capsule wardrobe concept, so I’m really trying to keep things minimal. However, I love clothes, shoes, and books. I’ve minimized a lot of the house, but with three kids at home, stuff is always breeding. 🤣

But what an awesome example you are showing that having a huge amount of material things are not the important things in life. bunheadyogi @nolenurse1987 Yes, there is a gal on YouTube, her channel is Yoga by Adrienne. She’s a great resource for someone wanting to learn the poses. As far as finding a yoga class, I’d look for a beginner class and a teacher with whom you feel a connection. If you feel that the studio or teacher isn’t inclusive, I’d keep on looking. I’ve been meaning to ask you if you are a nurse. I have my nursing degree, but haven’t been working because I want to stay home with my kids. ☺️

I worked 30 years for a county hospital which is part of the state of Florida retirement pension system. We are eligible for full pension after 30 years, so last year was my 30th and I wanted the time to plan my daughters wedding and she was completing her last year of Med school all these past few months.

So, you have probably already figured this out, but if you go to poshers with over 10k followers and start following all of their followers that you can grow your followers faster. I’ve been doing it from time to time and can easily pick up a thousand in a few days. Granted, I’ve never had the patience to just sit there and click follow for more than a few minutes. 🤣 Yesterday was my birthday, so I didn’t list anything. Going to list some stuff today!

I also definitely follow the posh ambassadors and share their items and they in turn share mines to their vast followers. Lol I became a posh ambassador based on stats, but I’m still a newbie. I love how detailed you are with your listings, it’s really better to go slowly but surely as you grow your business.

I fell into some despair earlier, but I’m trying hard to keep moving forward. Poshing is really helping me to keep busy and feel productive. I was staff nurse on a large high risk OB unit in the county hospital then transitioned to patient educator then nurse educator and finally retired last year after 30 years😃

Wow, OB, you are more patient than me. And babies kinda scare me, had to do scalp IVs and IVC PICCs, eek 😬 retirement good for you

So many new moms weren’t even reading or preparing for parenthood, so I loved teaching different classes to help them and give them a start😊. I worked the same floor maternity for 28 years and correctional nurse education 2 years

This posher @mmadonna40 has some really great tips on her page. She just posted some more last night too. Also the videos on YouTube are great too. They mentioned the “edit next list” method of sharing to the parties or anytime I guess.

Then click on the 3 little dots next to it. Then click on switch to seller view. After that, scroll down you will see the item or items they liked. Click on the bundle icon (center option). Then do it for next items if present. You can then send an offer or just a comment.
