dana_see Hi there. Just letting you know the ABH Brow Definer in Soft Brown in my bundle purchase is not Soft Brown. It s a caramel color. I have the Soft Brown as I am a Brow Artist and so this isn’t even close. I hadn’t opened the cap on the pencil until today. Very disappointing.

dana_see @phern4414 could you check the actual color in the other pencils? The box and outside of the pencil do say soft brown however the actual product inside is not soft brown. It’s actually not even a color in the line up. I wish I had checked when I received the package from you. I’m just letting you know so you don’t sell anyone else the wrong item and it might be good for you to reach out to the person you purchased the pencils from. Thx
