ddeesdesigns @rebeccacollis So, if you are online with your phone, you go to the lower right corner where it looks like a business card, where you also get to my closet. Scroll down to past where it says my sales, to my balance. Click on that. and where it says redeem etc. There is FAQ if you scroll further down passed my balance. Hope this Helps! DDeesDesigns
