@eastward10 hi there! I don’t have any items that I’ve personally purchased from you to my knowledge, and I don’t think you’ve made any purchases from me (I just took a look through my sales!). I can try my best to give you some info that might be helpful anyways :)

@eastward10 it sounds like you recently made a sale and that the funds haven’t shown in your balance? Again, I haven’t personally made any purchases from you but funds are not released until the buyer ‘accepts’ the item. If you look under ‘my sales’ you should be able to see if the item is ‘pending acceptance’ or ‘accepted’

If the item is saying ‘accepted’ then the $ should be available in your balance - if it isn’t accepted then the money won’t be there until the buyer accepts it (they have 3 days to do so, or the $ will automatically transfer to you!). If they have accepted it and the $ still isn’t there for some reason then I’d recommend emailing poshmark support :)

You can contact them through the app/website - there’s a button to ‘contact poshmark support’. You might also be able to contact them through the order page you’re referring to. The few times I’ve had to reach out to them (I do quite a bit of buying and selling here!) they have always responded incredibly fast and have always been super helpful. I hope this helped!!!
