abukar10 Hello My dear Ashley I just wanted to apologize you for your inconvenience and I am so sorry that I sent one size big than what you ordered because I had my previous customer wanted me to send size 13 because those shoes are running small one size anyway United states and England one size is different I don’t have size 12 USA now in stock but I tried to get you sooner when I have them unless you keep this one I am so sorry again for your inconvenience and have great day cheers
