byohe I buy nothing for me. Whatever I purchase is for my daughter. The fleece jacket is nice but priced too high 4 me. I sell everything dirt cheap bc I want to get rid of all my stuff. I'm thrilled that I found posh! Who needs a fur coat or a Burberry coat that they don't wear?

nchmiel501 Is there any way I can ship the longchamp bag back to you and get a refund? I'm unable to get it repaired because they don't make the parts for it anymore since it's so out dated.

chatschats @nchmiel501 hi, so sorry to hear it can't be fixed. They def fix that bag in NY for $50, I got a quote not too long ago at Rockefeller Center store. There's no way to do a refund it's been too long. Try reposhing it!

akat537 Hello! I hadn't been able to receive the package because it's still T the post office and will require a$7.50 fee before I can get it. I checked with poshmark because that's never happened to me before. May get sent back because I'm out of town. I'd still like the sweater though.

chatschats @akat537 have no idea, unused the USPS label that posh provided which is prepaid. I'll reach out to poshmark to see if we can resend after you return on Friday, assuming it comes back to me and that you'll be available to receive it next time

akat537 @chatschats they won't let me pick it up until I pay the $7+ that is due. The note says there is "postage due." I got another package delivered on the same day (from poshmark). And they left that one without any problem.

chatschats @akat537 I exchanged messages with Poshmark and they said that you must reach out to them, see their message below "Thanks for reaching out to us. If the buyer has any issues with their order, please have them directly contact us for assistance."

akat537 @chatschats I did hear back from poshmark. They said that when a buyer is asked to pay additional shopping it's because the seller used the wrong box or the item weighed too much. I can either pay the extra cost and work with them on a credit or let the post office send it back to you. You would have to re-package if that's the issue and ask for a new shipping label.

chatschats @akat537 that sounds bizarre the cardigan weighs not even a pound, how could it too heavy and I used to same box as I always use from USPS. The label was the one provided by poshmark. I can resend it to you if it comes back if that's what they suggest or you can get a credit from them, which sounds like a more expedited solution.
