jacquekochevar Hi my name is jacque & I bought the ash combat boots(5bb45700c2e88e058fc300dz)but the idiot postal person couldnt deliver it or find my office so it ended up in the postal maze of nyc where I spent 3 days looking for it & no one could find it!!! T it was sent back to u..how do I proceed? Do I cancel the order & try to rebuy them from u? Dont know how it works..jettrink09@yahoo.com.

never_fade @jacquekochevar Hi Jacque! The order is still open so you wouldn’t have to re-purchase for me to ship them again. If the address is correct, do you maybe have a different address they could be shipped to so we don’t have the same problem? Or I can send them to the same one again if you think it will work. Just don’t want you to have to deal with that again! I saw the tracking, it was ridiculous.

never_fade @jacquekochevar Oh no, you don’t need to pay me any extra! It’s been a hassle for you too. I do wonder where USPS lost the package for the 9 days there was no tracking, ha. Can you put that updated address info into your shipping address for your Posh account? That way they can give me a label with the updated information. As soon as you do that let me know, and I’ll send them out again right away!

jacquekochevar Hey I'm about ready to give up..I tried changing the shipping address & every time I NEVER GOT THE VERIFICATION CODE for them to accept the EDIT so I sent several messages to them directly but havent heard from them. ALL O WANTED TO DO IS EDIT THE ADDRESS SO THE POSTAL SERVICE COULD DELIVER!!! ITS LIKE PULLING TEETH!
