nillaispretty Hi. You bought my UGG boots on November 30th. I shipped them the next day and I just checked the tracking and you still haven’t received them. I looked at customer support and it says there are shipping delays due to the holidays and COVID, but ten days seems a bit ridiculous. I apologize for the delay of your package. I hope you receive them soon. I always try to ship within 24 hours and I’ve never had it take this long for someone to receive their order.
