jiannkim Hi. I got the pitera essence and I don’t think it’s real. It doesn’t smell anything. Just slightly smells like soap and it looks too yellow comparing to original one. Where did you buy these products and how can you tell they are authentic?

4kidssakeorg @jiannkim I am unsure of what direction you’d like to take with this order. Unfortunately due to you accepting the item and processing the payment the return window is now closed with Poshmark. We have sold 23 of this product from the same supplier and of the same quality & we also check the batch code of each item. This is not to say there is not a quality issue, but never one we have run into before with the others we have sold to various customers..

jiannkim @4kidssakeorg I tried to return but poshmark won’t let me. @4kidssakeorg the box and the bottle even look different from originals. The smell is nothing like the original I have used. I think this is diluted or just fake. I think I will have to email poshmark and find out what they can do for me

4kidssakeorg @jiannkim In our experience once you rate and accept the product the payment is released and is no longer able to return through the transaction. I’m unsure what the issue is as when you received the item yesterday we were notified you gave a 5 star rating so I’m unsure what happened from then to now for this issue to have arisen.

jiannkim @4kidssakeorg It looked new and good when I got it yesterday so I gave you 5 stars. But when I tried it the first time last night it smelled so different and thought it might be that my hair treatment smells stronger. This morning I tried it again and let my husband smell it and both we think it’s not genuine. I checked every details the box and printed letters color of the box and the bottle and the liquid, etc..

jiannkim @4kidssakeorg You said you checked the batch code and other people didn’t say anything. I don’t know if they know about real pitera products or just decided to use it for cheaper price. I’m just saying mine is totally not authentic. I need to report this and get my money back. Sorry if you didn’t know there’s a problem on your products. I think you guys should check out the items before selling. Not only the batch codes. You should try yours and the original from sephora

4kidssakeorg @bella_3587 the reason it wasn’t shipped immediately was due to the fact you inquired about adding items to your purchase. We always wait in this case to bundle it into one order to prevent a customer paying twice for shipping. The order is pending postal carrier pickup at this time would you like us to cancel it before then?

4kidssakeorg @bella_3587 hello- i double checked all the messages & don’t see anything on our end, can you clarify where you reached out? when you inquired about purchasing a bundle after your original purchase we didn’t ship right away but the followup we received from you was to “please ship” prior to you ordering the bundle later that day, 5 days after the original purchase.
