lilykatny Hi, if you could measure across the ball of the foot area (on the bottom of the shoe) and length I can compare it to my 5 shoes. Thank you that would be very helpful

lilykatny Not sure how to get in touch with you since they closed the other conversation page. Sent Posh an e-mail stating that I do not want to cancel order just use label to send back wrong boot and exchange. Once they get back to me I will let you know.

lilykatny @cphorn67 Hello, The only thing posh said so far is my refund is approved and I have to use the pre- paid label by Saturday the 25th to cancel the order, which they still insist I have to do. I would like to send the 5 1/2 back and when the order is cancelled re-purchase the boots and have you send me the other size 5 boot. If you are not comfortable with this I can send both back but I definitely want the boots. Sorry for all the confusion. Let me know what you think
