@davis2001 I know, but the problem is that I can’t report that the wrong item arrived, because Posh has no record that it was ever shipped. On my end it shows up as “awaiting shipment” for some reason, so I’m not allowed to report that I haven’t received the right one. I responded to the email when they said to report it, and let them know that I couldn’t. I’ll see what they say. I also did the “contact Poshmark support” thing through the app. We’ll see what I hear back from them.

yeah they've been no help at all. it's a catch 22 you have to file an official report but you can't because of the shipping issue and they won't respond otherwise. they said they had reached out to you but I'm sure it was no more helpful than what they told me
