kadieow @pinkdpenny hi! Thanks so much for reaching out! In order for it to make sounds you need to push down the orange keys while you push it back and forth. Please let me know if that helps. If not, I’ll try to find some YouTube videos for you!

kadieow @pinkdpenny yes! Go into “my purchases” then select the order. From there, select “problems/order inquiry” and then select “contact Poshmark” and let them know you’d like to return it and the reason. From there, they should send you a label. Thanks so much.
