s117 @fheizelman So it's been 5 days since receiving your ring "new" to make the accidental error corrected. Can you please send me a pic of the ceramic ring that has been chipped? Poshmark will not allow me to post my email address. I was not the person who packed the merchandise and there was no ill intent in any way, considering I have a closet of 12 items. I'd like to see what was missed before being shipped out. Thank you.
