leticiaarratia Hi, I’m so sorry this happen to the Birks you bought from me, I had no way of knowing they had a factory defect. I just wrote what I was able to see on them, never saw anything wrong with them. If it was up to me I would reimburse you your money right now but its up to Poshmark to decide on that.
