bpangelsbmm Hi Sweetie! I received the beautiful black dress that I ordered from you. But, I have not accepted it yet because I wanted to contact you first. The dress is much smaller in the waist than what your measurement description reads. I am approximately 28-29" waist, and I cannot get it zipped up in that area. I guess I am supposed to contact Customer Service to find out how I am to handle this issue. This is a gorgeous dress, and I hope that it is returned to you.

805poshcloset Hello there. I am sorry to hear the dress didn't fit! :( I totally understand you being disappointed becasue I know how much you really liked the dress. Unfortunately Poshmark does not accept returns based on items not fitting. You are still welcome to open up a claim to see if they will accept it. I will follow whatever Poshmark decides on this. bpangelsbmm I just contacted Customer Support regarding my issue. I did want you to know that I remeasured the dress, and your measurements were correct. I also took my measurements again and found that I am a 29-30! But for whatever reason it didn't fit, much to my disappointment 😒. I will wait to hear from Customer Support, so that I know what to do next, unless you know.

805poshcloset I did get the notice about the claim being filed, no problem! Customer service usually gets back to both of us in 1-3 days with their findings and decision. If they decide that the item is not returnable, keep in mind you can resell it on Poshmark - and your're welcome to use my photos and description. Just offering up a possible idea....

rockinroro Hi, I have a general question….when there’s a problem with an item I received and posh mark offers me, let’s say $10 posh credit, and in addition I get to ‘keep’ the order, does that mean I get a full refund that I paid for the order, still keep the order and get a $10 posh credit? Or does it mean I keep the order but get no refund but get $10 posh credit? I’ve asked Poshmark and they don’t respond.

805poshcloset @rockinroro Hi there. Sorry for the late reply. I hadn't heard Posh offering $10 credits. That's new to me. I imagine that you would receive just the $10 credit and get to keep the item.

rockinroro @805poshcloset yes they offer credits to entice you in keeping an item that you may have requested to send back due to some issue…this is the second time it’s happened to me but I refused both times and sent the item/package back. But I did find out the answer, thanks.
