@pinupkitten25 Aw thx! That was like 14-15 years ago🙁😞☹️ But the dress was made for me... it’s time to move on, though. Not from BJ or fun fashion but from clothes that are taking up space (mental and physical) especially if I probably won’t wear them again. Better to pass the torch to another gal. By the way, is that your real hair? Length and color? Gorgeous! I can’t grow mine anymore beyond shoulder length usually

Hope you’re having a great one! Somebody purchased my plaid BJ dress and made no comment/rating but released payment. She was so excited about getting the dress and now… Nothing. I can only think that she’s not happy with it, but I don’t know what I did wrong and she won’t respond to my queries. It feels unsettling because each of my pieces are special and I feel like I represent them well. Maybe I miss something once in a while, but I think my listings are fairly accurate. Any ideas! Thx😊💕

Can I ask another question? I felt like I was running out of merch and I’m still new to PM. I purchased a bunch of stuff from Lily P to sell but now I feel like I shouldn’t have done it or it was too much. I want to keep selling but I don’t quite know how...? Is it kosher to buy and sell w tags on for margins? Thanks!😊

@style_by_gigi Feel free to ask me anything! And yes it's totally kosher, people do this all the time, and I mean all the time! If you're concerned about the ethics of reselling for a profit then my recommendation would be to sell lower than your competitors. Then the people buying from you feel like they're getting a good deal, you're still maintaining a profit just not one fueled by greed. But keep in mind certain factors that contribute when selling on Posh.

@style_by_gigi For instance Posh takes 20% of your sales, but also try to think from the buyers perspective they're responsible for shipping costs and tax which does add up considerably on their end. Lastly before setting your prices do a quick search on posh and see what the market value is for each of your Lilly Pulitzer items and undercut that price point while making sure you're still leaving room for profit! Does all of that make any sense?

@pinupkitten25 LOL, I am very verbose too! I hear everything you’re saying but I think with Lily, her prices are generally so high that there’s not much of a profit margin. If I lower my prices then I’m not going to make a profit with some of them. I think I just went off the deep end and bought too many things for my first time doing this so I returned some today and feel better. Thank you!

Writing is so cathartic, even keeping a diary or journaling can drastically improve a person's outlook on life📒💞😊 It's funny you should say that I actually do have a shop on Etsy!!! It drastically needs some upkeep. I was working for a political campaign, which took up 110% of my time lol. Leaving my Etsy shop neglected and thus needs a good restocking. @style_by_gigi Thanks😆 I do love vintage💕 my whole shop is vintage oddities I've picked up here and there. You should totally give Etsy a go, some people have done really well selling handmade jewelry💎on there!!! I make jewelry too, but like you not to sell! Although I have thought about making earrings to sell as they are usually the easiest pieces to make and also take the least amount of materials which leaves room for a good profit margin💰 w/o having to charge exorbitant prices!

Well rbiton blocked me from commenting on her post anymore I guess she doesn’t want people to know about her bogus listings everybody that’s dealt with her needs to report her I have a feeling we aren’t the only ones she’s doing this too. I mean what is the point in reselling the same bracelet over and over to so many people just to cancel the order and keep raising the price I don’t even understand why she would do something like that.
