global4545 Hi this is ellen global4545. I am sorry to bother you you helped me when I first came on here. I have a situation but I cannot get poshmark to help me. I sent a Gucci belt to A man &it in the came back to me undeliverable. I have been trying to reach the man but I can't. I posted a picture of the return label and his name on my closet asking him to contact me.He keeps giving me a rating of one saying he didn't get it. Shows delivered but was returned to me . Can I reach him?

tandenco @global4545 That is odd. Honestly I would just wait for poshmark to step in. They should reply if you have contacted them but sometimes it can take a bit. Have the funds transferred? You might see if it will allow you to cancel the order under the "problems" section but it might be too late. I would delete the photos of the address labels though for privacy reasons. I have never run into anything like this so unfortunately I'm not too much of a help. Best of luck!

tandenco @kris_f_l if their poahmark account is not active they have no way of accepting the order and funds may not be able to be withdrawn. I don't know this for a fact but I wouldn't chance sending anything and not getting paid.
