sebq Thx for like and visiting my closet 😊. As you may have read in my closet, I am open to reasonable offers due to family illness. My husband who is so young was diagnosed with Heart Failure on 9/23/17. Plus he now has a mass in his lung we are having tested on Tuesday. He is now disabled bcuz his ❤️ will remain in Failure with the hopes meds will at least keep him stronger. Totally blindsided.🙏💞

kepley12 @sunnyree123 The jacket is great. The only thing that kept me from rating it 5 stars was that it is in need of dry cleaning. Had it been dry cleaned, I would have given 5 stars for sure. Shipping was fast and the item is in good condition. Thanks.

amd1818 @kepley12 Hi there, I just checked the tracking on the coat you bought from me and the USPS reported on 7/15: "our package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility." No idea what that is about, but wanted to let you know. :)

sterlingupcycle Hi Kristy, I see that you rated NWT Apt 9 pants 4 stars. I pride myself on having a 5 star rating with everyone who purchases from me. Please let me know what could have been improved to get a 5 star rating. If it was the shipping time, I was keeping track of your pants and saw that the Post Office sent them to the wrong location and they had to be re-routed. If it was something else, I'm eager to know. kepley12 @sarahschleicher Shipping wasn't an issue. The pants are really nice. The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 was because they had a little bit of fuzz or pet hair on them that a quick lint brushing could have removed. Not complaining, just explaining since you asked for the reason for the 4 star versus 5 star rating.

pamnova Kristy I’m SO sorry to see you aren’t happy with your purchase! In my 40 sales 34 reviews I’ve never had a complaint, and only one score that wasn’t 5, so this is mortifying for me! Especially since I inspected carefully given your low reviews of others. I’m so sorry if I missed something or the photos somehow weren’t adequate. I’ll let Posh know I’ll happily do a refund—don’t want you stuck with something you don’t like!

kepley12 @pamnova The issue with description was this is not a standard womens large (maybe vintage/juniors?). Nothing about running very small was indicated. The other issue was two soiled spots that weren't visible in the photos. I'd normally just resell an item that didn't work but I will have to have this one cleaned before I can do so. That's why I rated acceptable (3 stars) instead of great or excellent. Thank you for your offer to refund but that won't be necessary.

All other items have been rated 4 or 5 stars as I deemed appropriate based on description, cleanliness, shipping time, and overall purchase experience. Thanks.

pamnova @kepley12 I’m very sorry to hear that. It actually had never struck me as running small or being nonstandard. I bought it new in a stand-alone shop in Manhattan so it wasn’t sold as vintage or juniors. And I’m mortified that I missed spots! I never saw any or would have pointed them out. I’m so sorry. Let me know if you change your mind about the refund, I’d be happy to have it back!
