blondiebundles @lilo1825 hey! I saw an old thread u commented on and am dealing with a return on an authentic item :-/ as a seller. Can I ask you advice? It was pm approved and it’s authentic and a $$ piece of jewelry. Does the buyer have a time frame to send back? Do I pay shipping? What if they don’t send in time? Ugh so frustrating and upsetting the whole process to get a result has taken 1 wk plus! And it’s not fair! I am stressing!! What if I don’t get the item back!

blondiebundles @lilo1825 she said it was unauthentic on Saturday when she received it; today pm emailed to say that they could not confirm and warned me about reps (I don’t sell them!) and emailed to say they are giving her a refund and she is mailing the item and once received they grant my refund :-/

blondiebundles @lilo1825 I checked buyers act and there are like 5 listings and a handful of shares: apparently has been “scammed two times” and made a post on it then always talks on other shared scam posts about it. So I wonder if pm sees this.

lilo1825 @blondiebundles so you have to prove that ur item is in fact authentic. I sent a bunch of links of the item on other sites indicating the item is authentic. I also sent them a bunch of PM links selling SAME item. I then sent an ebay link I found of the brand proving my item is authentic. When I questioned PM why they think my item isnt authentic - they responded say brand name placement. But the ebay link proved otherwise.

lilo1825 I also ranted to the CEO and PM on twitter showing them these links. For me the case was reversed and they said "item is authentic". All for a measly $38 dollars but for me it was the principle of the buyer lying! It took me about 2 days of work. Research- emails- twitter but it worked. You still have time to get it reversed so sent them a bunch of links to prove otherwise!

blondiebundles @lilo1825 I did send some photos in reference to the stamps on the item to show that the stamps differ. That’s great advice!! I am going to do so. I am so upset I am beside myself and I appreciate this great advice! I hate that they lied and after I accepted almost half the listing price through an offer and this happened.

lilo1825 @blondiebundles that was my game plan and it worked! 1. Share multiple links around the web of same item proving its legit with branding placement, spelling, item photo etc, 2. See if you find an ebay guide on your brand to prove it is authentic as it says there and everything matches. 3.Question them why its not authentic 4. If you have a receipt - share it - I didnt have one cos it was a much older product and I didnt save it

lilo1825 @khrystal_ did you take photos and videos of the bag? Share with poshmark! Go on twitter and share them there too. Also, if you have a receipt or credit card proof of purchase it helps. I didnt but i had photos and videos and I was able to prove my item was not fake. Despite them telling me twice its fake I sent them like 10 links of the same item being sold on poshmark and other consignment store sites showing it was exactly the same! Be persistent and be on it.
