aylat22 Hi @amelialadreyt, just an update: I did file a complaint with USPS. In the news today, I learned that Chicago is experiencing a record number of reported postal service issues & shipping delays. With the new post master general & covid, it seems everything is upside down now. Sorry, I know how frustrating this is! I've never had this issue before, so I don't know how to best resolve it. I'm happy to do whatever works best for you. Thanks so much for your patience & understanding!
