jessalicious_99 Oh my god did you too buy an hourglass ambient palette? I just opened mine and holy crap. This couldn’t be more fake. I realllllly hope I get my money back. I feel so stupid!! I’ve never been duped before. I saw the price and was like “woo hoo”. Should have trusted my gut!!

jessalicious_99 @sedonath me too!! As soon as I took it out of the bubble wrap I could tell immediately from the weight that it was fake. Then I about cut my finger trying to feel the consistency of it. That is the complete opposite of finely milled. This just irks me. I sent as many pictures as i was allowed too.

niceandflow Hi . I just saw your rating for the make up palette ... sorry to hear that some of the colors fell out . I hope they did not break but wonder what you think I could have done to prevent that ? I am curious on how you think I could ” improve”. I bubble wrapped tightly :) . boogeegirl Hello! I’m a bit confused. I purchased what looked like 3 Pat McGrath products and listed 3 product names in the listing. However, I just noticed that the shipping information only includes the name of one of the glosses. It seems to have already shipped. How can I find out what is actually in the shipment? If it’s only the one gloss I don’t want it.
