Sorry you don't like the vintage purse.... I see a case has been open. Just mail it back and you will get a full refund no problem. Thank you and sorry it was not up to your standards or liking....never want to disappoint anyone..... the purse is a vintage purse meaning old. Not brand new. Maybe that was a misunderstanding if you thought the purse was a brand new purse... again I'm sorry your not satisfied. 🌺🌹
