Hi@kml222, thank you for purchasing my land's end down coat, unfortunately, when i pulled it out from my closet yesterday, i snagged the back of coat for about 1 inch crack, i tailored it, and upload a picture, i can cancel the order for sure. But if you still need it, i can mail it to you, and add my other Kenneth Cole jacket in my closet in the same package for free. Let me know.
