karenkay07 @aliciacanela yes!!!i had someone who didn't send my item and I emailed them like 3 times and rule is that us customers have to wait 7 days for them to send it and then after that it's in your account within 3-5 bus days. It took 10 days for me. I was pissed!!!!! They reply back within 24 hours normally.
