shw1952 @katiah94 I'm more than happy to help! Unfortunately, there isn't a way to send a private message. If they don't have any listings & do not have a Meet page, then you can tag them (write @_) on one of your listings, or a sold listing to hide it. It will give them a notification and show up in their news. It will also stay on that listing for everyone to see. Some prefer to shop online so they can be incognito and be left alone. I would simply follow them & leave it at that.
