kristiblue05 @poshdal I have sent a question to Poshmark to see if the sale can be cancelled. Apparently a buyer can cancel a sale within three hours as “buyers remorse”. Were you able to cancel your transaction?

kristiblue05 @poshdal it says accidental purchase can be canceled within 3 hours. I have sent posh a request for guidance on this. I had to cancel an item once because I couldn’t locate the item after someone purchased it but I don’t think it gives me an option because seller backed out of agreement. I will see what posh says about it. Thanks

poshdal @kristiblue05 I didn’t see the purchase till this morning so three hours had passed. If you go to the order page press on “Prpblem/ order inquiry” the next page gives four options one of them is “Cancel order” you pick that option to cancel the sale. I’ve done it before it shouldn’t be a problem

I email posh about cancelation so please wait for there reply since you emailed them as well. The boots is not even my size so I will not be able to accept it if you ship and will cause more confusion. Please do not ship it and request a cancelation
