Hi lovey💋 I’m a Posh Ambassador. I know you’re not new but I’d like to give you some advice. Make sure you share your own items to your followers frequently. Just because they’re following you doesn’t mean they have seen your entire closet 😮. And when you share other Poshers items they typically share your items to their thousands of followers. 😊

I wanted to ask you a question following along on your prior advice, is the only way to get self-shares by sharing your closet items to Posh Parties and to your followers? I don’t want to overdo it but am half way to 5000 self shares in stats and it’s very exciting. Thank you for your time and help.

@cwintergerst LOL 😆I joined for the exact same reason, trying to clear out my closet. But when you are looking around, there are so many cute things. I am trying not to spend more than I make. Ha! It makes me so happy that items I have truly loved are finding a new home. 🌸 I would love for the Tiffany ring to find a new home, it fit my ring finger and I wore it occasionally but I recently got married and don’t wear it any longer. ☺️

Just wish some of my stuff would SELL! Started Posh back in CO 8 mos ago then left and put my closet on vacation hold after having sold just 3-4 things. Just started re-listing stuff out of my Chgo closet 2 days ago. Hoping this weekend there might be lots of poshers looking around! Really love that ring. What's up with all these people that just follow follow follow and never share? I used to share more than I followed but at the moment I'm having a hard time just photographing and listing stuff. I had totally forgotten until a couple minutes ago that the easiest way to do it is to click on Sell, then photograph and list as you go. So much quicker...geez!@

I achieved posh ambassador level a couple weeks ago and have sold very little since! I do exactly what you said, I end up following all the people who are following me and sharing from those who have shared my closet. I used to have more time to look through my feed, share cool things, like other things and buy.

@cwintergerst Personally, I keep getting lowball offers, bundling one item, and likes for items that are already incredibly inexpensive. I can’t go any lower with the fees. I am not sure how to spur additional sales. I spend a lot of time taking clear and eye catching photos, writing descriptions, pricing fairly and nothing.

I've been giving A LOT of really nice stuff to my mom's caregivers since Christmas and if some of my stuff doesn't sell soon, it will probably all go to them. I don't love sitting in front of technology constantly to no avail! At least you've sold quite a bit, I see :-)

@cwintergerst I am with you...I don’t want to spend every moment on social media. I am guessing we are about the same age. This is the only SM I participate in. I gained followers exactly that way, following, liking and sharing others. I bought a handbag from a gal who has a “gain followers” daily post and I liked that post and participate there to boost followers. I can share the post with you if interested. LMK😁

@gildeborah Hi Deborah, I know what you mean! When I first started, I was so confused about what I was doing. I was spending so much time and now I follow and share once a day. I set a “reminder” when I finish all the shares on my News tab. To set a reminder, I make a private offer on an item in my closet. This way the offer shows in the news feed and I know I shared all the people who shared from the last “offer”.

Although usually higher priced items are bought by longer established poshers. I guess if you are relatively new, you’re not too sure how it will work and if it’s the real deal! @abthursday I usually put my items like that on ebay due to the easier calculation of shipping be charged to buyer but l feel like my items would get way more exposure on poshmark with such a large community of us always sharing. Any tips would be appreciated. All l know so far is to request a larger weight on shipping if needed and we pay it. Thanks so much🤗💜
