jillianrandi Hi I'm the person you bought the pocketbook from since you had a problem with the bag i sold you why didn't you contact me. I didn't really notice all these things you found wrong with the bag. I in the past had problems with some jewelry and i contacted the seller and we took care of the problem

jillianrandi Continuing i wraped the bag sent you my note of thanks and. We made sure to get ut out right away we didn't want it to get held up with yhe holiday. Do you think someone would go through all of this to send you something that Junkie. I am sorry you're not happy I'll be more than happy to refund you . Please let me know. wilmoxie77 @jillianrandi Just to be clear, I don't think the bag is totally junky, just not as good as I thought based on the pics and description. If I had been able to see the things I noted I would not have made the purchase. I'm not implying any deception, just maybe not clear enough? I do greatly appreciate the trouble you went through in wrapping and the fast shipping!

wilmoxie77 @jillianrandi I would like a return/refund, that's why I opened a case.. I think we have to go through poshmark's proper channels because of the shipping if I'm not mistaken.
