myronmg mrsgallion, sorry for getting back to you so late. I wanted to ensure you that the Clark's were not fakes, not sure how or why someone would do that for the amount the shoes sold for. Being fairly new to selling on Poshmark, what would be the process for return of the item and you receiving a refund. Don't have a problem with providing you a refund. Please let me know.

mrsgallion15 @myronmg the soles literally separated from the shoes within 3 days if wearing them. Also, they do not have the heat stamp inside of the boot that authentic Clarks have.

myronmg Once again I'm sorry you had a problem with the shoes. I'm not a major re-seller just trying to empty my closet of items obtained during my time in the service. The Clark's were purchased at the Base Exchange. The shoe were only worn once, but are more than five years old. I suspect the glue broke down and caused the problem. No problem with providing a refund, how do we do that?

myronmg mrsgallion, the replacement shoes were shipped yesterday. It appears the shoes that were shipped were a size 10M. I'll try and contact customer service and see what needs to be done to correct to a size 11. But you should receive the shoes sometime between April 5 - April 12.
