dseich I apologize for not giving an accurate numerical measurement and just describing where it hit on me - I am probably closer to 5’3 1/2” in all actuality and it probably depends on a persons proportions, torso, hips etc. I feel bad if it is not what you are looking for and would be happy to return it if that is what you would like to do.
