frankiemom @icecreama I started selling in Feb 2018. No, I haven't hosted and parties. I haven't connected pm to social media either. I was thinking of starting a Tumblr acct but not sure yet. My IG is mostly my nieces and animals so it seems pointless to connect the 2😂

I use it as a place to collect ideas for home projects, parry decor, etc. I mostly use IG for friends, twitter for for more obscure current events,. icecreama @lacesnpearls ur welcome. I’m relatively new as well. This is what I’ve been doing and it seems to b working. I try to get on Poshmark at least once a day—better if u can do 2-3x. When I get a follow alert, I follow back. If they hv listings and have at least 50 shares, I share 2 items. If they respond, I then share 4 items. The nice people always reciprocate with the same amount of shares. Keep a log of people who share with u and share their closet at least once a day.

icecreama Also keep self sharing. For each category-(u only have women’s right now) Share ur items in groups of 4s. Poshmark uses algorithms, so the more u self share & share other posher’s closets the more exposure u will get 😊

icecreama And one more thing..I always take a screen capture of my news feed b4 I go to bed or when I’m going to b off Poshmark for a while. That way Ik where I left off & can see who has been sharing/new followers. Then I scroll thru and share closets etc. it’s an awesome community! we r all helping each other! icecreama @lacesnpearls ur most welcome. For selling. When u see a like make an offer. Either do a private to all likes or create a bundle for that person. Write down their name from the feed-go to ur closet-(dnt click on the item) scroll to the item in ur closet and click on the bundle icon. Type in their name & it creates a bundle. Click on ur bundle icon at the top and a list of bundles appear.

icecreama Type in ur offer. When possible I try to do full price or a few $ less & free shipping, always ship same or very latest nxt day. Order the lrg priority shipping bx (ones that open like a regular box) from the post office. They r free. Use nice tissue paper & write a thank u note. I also put the wrapped item in a plastic bag so if the bx gets wet the item wnt.

That way if/when it sells I dnt feel bad about it. For the most part people r respectful, but every once in a while I’ll get a ridiculous low ball offer.

icecreama @marcusbrown403 u would b surprised what people will buy. Just b upfront and take good pics of the problem areas. I usually try to circle problem areas. Scroll thru my sold stuff. The gloves, orange snowboard pants and some of the other winter items had stains and rips. On all of my listings I take pics with a tape measure and also list the measurements. U want people to see & read all of the info at once. It’s all about marketing ur product.

icecreama scary as hell. as of this morning confirmed-7,533- in my county johns hopkins website doesn't give a state total, but around 37,000. 76,876 & 4,000 deaths in the city-westchester 14,804 rockland 5990. If i go out i wear a mask, latex gloves & disinfect my car. nothing comes in the house until it's been washed down with spray 9. clothes immediately go in the wash & i shower. ik it sounds excessive, but my friend is a retired ATF bomb specialist & that's her protocol.

icecreama yesterday i dropped off some groceries for her & i gladly let her spray me down with lysol b4 going inside. lol Most people r wearing some type of mask, but they need to filter .3 microns and completely cover nose & mouth-no gaps. I made ski mask stye masks & retrofit a HEPA shop vac filters. there is a pocket so the filter can be removed b4 washing. My daughter wanted something more stylish, so I sandwiched her filter in a bandana & secured it with velcro.

icecreama I basically treat public spaces-ie super markets, the post office as "radioactive" & do the best to decontaminate b4 entering the house. 2 trader joes workers where i shop tested positive, I'm fine going out for a bike ride or walk commando haha.

Weeks ago as east/west coasts were in trouble I started my shopping stock up as knew the wave would start our way. As others were stocking up on TP I was stocking up on coffee ☕️ and cocktails 🍷🍷🍷. icecreama wow, that's rough. I dnt personally know anyone, but I have friends who have lost loved ones. Definitely wear a mask when in public, stay as far away from people as possible & disinfect everything u bring into the house. It's pretty bad here, 4,000 deaths in the state, but the rate of confirmed cases is slowing down, which is good. however, I'm worried that things will open up too quickly & there will b another outbreak.

icecreama @ponie thanks. she loved playing boys. the only reason she started playing girls was to get recruited. the travel was crazy. at least once a month we were on a plane. —wow, playing juniors in canada is big. my daughter’s girls team made it to the semi final at nationals, but in canada they would get such a beating. whole different level.
