shopgypsy1966 @jujushoes hi! Yes I followed the protocol from Poshmark. If you follow the case communication you can see they approved the return and emailed me the label. I shipped them today and they started tracking. I am not sure how it works from here. I think you need to just start over and repost like a new sale. I will get refunded when you get the shoes back.

The order was accepted so Posh won’t allow a case to be opened. I’m happy to discount something else in my closet. Maybe you can sew up the hole. I’ve become quite a seamstress when something rips!

shopgypsy1966 @milton1974 that’s really great! I suggest building up your followers by following others. Share their closets and people share back. It’s all about keeping your closet active. Share your own items from the bottom up. You skip sold items so they always stay at the end of your listings. Include as much item detail as you can. My number 1 suggestion is to add measurements to every listing.
