I’m Jen’s mentor I’m @knoxieclothes. Please stand down. She sent you the approximate measurements. What is it that you want? If you filed a claim leave it alone and let Poshmark decide. Jen has contacted Poshmark. Is there a defect with the item? Does it not fit? Please refer to Poshmark’s Do’s and Dont’s. This type of behavior is unacceptable. I would advise returning the item if you are in happy.
