jacaranda1831 omg, so sorry. I have sent you the wrong Lucchese boots. I have both of colors and grabbed the wong box without thinking. I have reported it to Poshmark and they will make it right. I have never done this before, most likely, they will send you a label to return and another for me to send you the correct boots. Will keep you posted.

mbst5151 @jacaranda1831 I haven’t received a label. In looking into this more - I’ve never had it happen before - I think I was supposed to open a case instead of accepting and commenting in the stars. I’ve contacted Poshmark support about it. Can you please contact them too. I don’t want the wrong boots. I haven’t worn them and they are still in the box. Surely if you can send me the right ones and I send you the wrong ones back it wouldn’t be hard to fix this?

jacaranda1831 @mbst5151 Thank you for your patience. It does take their support system a while to handle special cases. Even when I have reached out to them with unusual questions not answered in general Q&A, it takes about a week. I received their request for confirmation that you have contacted them, and confirmed that I made a mistake and still have the item you purchased. You should be receiving email for its return label soon.

jacaranda1831 @mbst5151 In my almost 3 years with PM, and almost 3 years as PA [Posh Ambassador], this has never happened to me before. Being PA, we go through all the hoops to qualify - simple buying/selling, other things, just enough to guide new poshers on how to navigate the system and where to find ans. Hate to say - this is now added to my experience. I will have the brown boots pack and ready to go for you, just waiting for their release. I also use other venues, but PM is by far the best. Thank you.
