willowtreegrove @londonsdigs Yes. He's a rescue. He'll be 15 in May. He's deaf and just a big ol' teddy bear. He looks ridiculous trying to be a lap dog LOL ~ But he's worth every effort ❤️

willowtreegrove @londonsdigs He's actually an "Alusky" Alaskan Malamute and Siberian Husky mix. So he's a large sized husky. Poor guy was down to 62 pounds when I first adopted him. Now he's disease free and 32 pounds heavier. Dog cookies have a lot to do with that weight problem ~ lol ~

jc11900 He’s just beautiful! I take my 3 with me to my shop everyday. I work mostly at night when things are calm, phones aren’t ringing, teenagers sleeping 😂. My barking babies keep me safe and are great company ♥️

willowtreegrove @wildandwestern He is so precious. Just turned 15 in May. Keeps me busy with his ailments and needs, but worth every minute. He gets me up every hour throughout the night until morning and I end up on the couch with him. I doze off and wake up to find he's sitting there staring at me. Makes me laugh every day and every night. 😂

luvyorlook Your top picture is apsolutely beautiful - like in a book - bond between human & animals.... Really... And the pic of brow eyed huskie is EXTREMLY handsome.. My most loved angel dog was my Keeshounden Most people “ blend all the breeds together because of the longer hair and curly tails🙄. As I’m sure you know the Kees are DEFINETLY are not working ,or sporting dogs.. The useless and beautiful & were bred to be companions on the Dutch barges...

willowtreegrove @luvyorlook Thank you! ❤️🙀 They are both husky malamute mix. Definitely a very loving and loyal breed, but have an independent streak with strong hunting instincts. Kees are so sweet and such happy dogs. ❤️ So beautiful. 😍 Being a companion dog is best, isn't it? 😘 oxo

luvyorlook Yes -except he was EVERYWHERE all the time- even under your feet in the bathroom.. He was the love of life and died of Lyme disease.🙈😪😟.He was apsolutely esthetically perfect looking to exact show quality markings. So another words - yours sees another small animal and watch out?🙈..the smaller breeds tend to all quite be ratters and vermon chasers which is extremly annoying

luvyorlook The larger dogs you would more assume... What is the difference in the breeding and markings of malamute ,husky?

willowtreegrove @luvyorlook They are similar in markings with color patches throughout but their body structures are different. Malamutes are larger/taller usually brown eyes and some copper colorings. The head shapes are more broad. The sibe husky is smaller, thinner, and faster. Usually blue eyes, but can be mixed and black/white colorings. My Danny was 90 lbs, and Buck is 60 lbs. Both mixed called "Alusky" 😘

willowtreegrove @luvyorlook Yes, the prey hunting is very strong in these breeds. Small animals usually aren't safe. My old malamute, Yukon, used to catch the farm chickens. It's a drive that's very challenging. I'm so sorry you lost your sweet boy to lyme. My aunt's dog had that too. So very sad. 😪
