I’m so sorry I missed the snag on your sweater. I did not see it and feel really bad. It’s important to me you are happy so I asked Poshmark what I need to do to refund your money and allow a return. I’m not sure how it works but wanted to update you that I asked to allow the return. I saw the pictures you took and I’m very sorry I didn’t notice that.
