kimkin Hi Chantal, Thank you for purchasing shoes from my closet. I noticed that you were not satisfied. I do apologize for the mishap with the shoes, although what happened was out of my hands. The shoes were in new condition and never worn. Please submit for refund (keep the shoes, as I don’t want them in worse condition that what I sent them in).
