mypalsara Hi there. I just purchased and accepted the black Dr. Martin boots. I love them a lot! But after wearing them today I realize they are not a size 7 but are size 8 :( Do I just need to re-list them and try to sell or is there anything you can do to help me? Sorry. I thought they were perfect until I wore them and when compared to my other docs, they are noticeably bigger.

marleighreece @mypalsara My response will probably fill two comment fields ... just a little explanation first. The boots came from another lady, and I forgot to ask the size. When I listed them, I realized that I couldn't read the tag clearly, but I thought it said either 7 or 7.5. I wear 7.5, so I tried to put them on, but they were too tight, so I figured they must be size 7. I'm sorry they didn't fit like a 7 for you.... (next comment)

marleighreece Ugh, I just typed a comment and it didn't go through because I mentioned another site that allows money to be transferred. Basically, I said I'd be willing to do the return/refund, but I'm not sure how since the sale was approved. If I were to refund you elsewhere, I'd be out the 20% that Poshmark took, so I need to keep things on this platform. I will reach out now to Poshmark to see if they will reverse your acceptance and open a case for us. I'll let you know what I hear!
