angiedaddario @dedeseward from what I can tell, they are aware that the wrong item was sent. You are rejecting it and returning it. It may take a couple days for you to be refunded.

angiedaddario Ok. So I clicked on FAQ. It says once both parties agree that the wrong item was sent, they will provide the buyer with a return label and refund the dollar amount including taxes and shipping fees.
